Professional Programme for Personality Test ( PPPT )

From UPSC words, The object of the Civil Service interview/ Personality Test is to assess the personal suitability of the candidate for a career in public service by a Board of competent and unbiased observers. The technique of the interview is not that of a strict cross-examination but of a natural, though directed and purposive conversation which is intended to reveal the mental qualities of the candidate.

Some of the qualities to be judged in Personality Test are mental alertness, critical powers of assimilation, clear and logical exposition, balance of judgement, variety and depth of interest, ability for social cohesion and leadership, intellectual and moral integrity.

The Institute conducts mock interview sessions under PPPT for the qualified aspirants (Mains). The sessions aim at providing guidance and confidence to face the interview board at Delhi. Senior IAS Officers ,Senior Academicians and other prominent personalities will be there in the Interview Board.

Library Associates Programme

Library Associates are group of aspirants who join the institute to empower their Civil Service preparation through test papers and personal learning rather than the regular batch aspirants. Library Associates are entitled to get a personal seat in the Air Conditioned Competitive Learning Library during their tenure of preparations. The aspirants have to qualify an Entrance Test to be an associate aspirant at the institute. The academic improvements of this aspirants will be regularly analyzed through objective and subjective test papers. The selected aspirants will get hostel facility for their stay.

Civil Service Optional Coaching Programme

Optional papers are the real game changer in UPSC Civil Service Examination. Getting good marks in the Optional Subject will sure be a matter of confidence to qualify for the last stage of the IAS Exam . The scope of the syllabus for optional subject papers (Paper VI and Paper VII) for the examination is broadly of the honours degree 1evel i.e. a level higher than the bachelors’ degree and lower than the masters’ degree. In the case of Engineering, Medical Science and law, the level corresponds to the bachelors’ degree.

The institute conduct coaching for Four Optional papers ( Geography , History and Malayalam Literature ) of Civil Service Mains Examinations. The one month coaching helps you to learn and understand the optional paper in an elaborative manner.
