A goal without proper planning remains a mere dream. This is also true in the case of civil services. The Civil Service Exam, being the toughest exam in the country, requires more than just preparation. It requires what is called ‘strategy plus preparation’. A good strategy draws a thin line of separation between aspirants and smart aspirants
The institute’s IAS Integrated Coaching Programme ( ICP ) aims to mould an aspirant in to a civil servant with a super smart strategy and highly dedicated preparation plans. The ICP adopts a three-stage course delivery programme which includes Preliminary, Mains and Personality Test.
The minimum eligibility for admission to the IAS Integrated Coaching Programme ( ICP ) is graduation in any discipline . Selection is based on a Test/Interview conducted by the Academic Board and Faculty members of the institute. The one-year coaching programme commencing in June/July every year covers Preliminary , Mains and Mock Interview Sessions.

The Scholarship Programme is to select potential civil service aspirants worthy of educational support. The Scholarship Programme is intended to select meritorious aspirants who have the academic potential but can not progress in the field of civil services preparation due to lack of devoted centre of excellence for rigorous and specific coaching for elite Civil Service Examination.
The selected aspirants will get one year free civil examination coaching ( IAS Integrated Coaching Programme ) at the institute.
